Application Engineer Intern - Automotive Products
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- 通过数字渠道为汽车客户提供英飞凌产品（微控制器、传感器）的技 术咨询与故障排查服务，包括回答技术问题、复现客户问题现象、协 助客户调试系统，同时赋能内部 FAE 团队，提升一线支持效率。
- 参与产品和系统层面的性能数据测试与分析，协助定位客户问题的根 本原因，撰写技术报告与解决方案总结，推动问题从发现到闭环的全 流程管理。
- 跨部门、跨团队协作，通过与客户及内团队的沟通，准确定位问题症 结，清晰解释问题现象，共同制定并落地解决方案，确保客户问题得 到有效解决。
- 编写知识库文章、应用笔记、FAQ 等技术资料，定期输出技术分享或培 训文档，系统化沉淀实践经验，赋能客户实现自助排查与解决问题
- 持续识别技术支持流程中的瓶颈与痛点，提出并推动改进措施，优化 响应机制与工具链，提升团队整体服务效率与客户满意度
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业。
- 熟悉 UART、SPI 、LIN、CAN 等通信协议的基本原理及应用，了解 MCU 基本模块框架。
- 具有一定 C 语言编程能力及嵌入式开发相关经验
- 熟悉磁传感器原理及相关仿真工具
- 以客户为导向的心态，对与各种客户工程师互动的工作模式非常感兴趣
- 快速学习新技术的兴趣和能力
- 良好的英语和普通话书面和口头沟通能力, 具备良好的英文技术文档阅读 能力
- 了解数字电路工作原理优先
