Senior Manager Account Management
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Work as Key Account Manager to work out clear customer strategy for the assigned accounts.
- Achieve financial targets of revenue, design-win, forecast accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction goal.
- Provide clear customer insights when develop, execute and optimize account strategies for business growth through strategic sales planning and seamless executions.
- With system understanding of customer application to initiate new product promotion and work with business development, application/product marketing and engineering teams to incubate NPI projects.
- Work across different business units to identify and fulfill cross BUs selling opportunities
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- More than 5 years in electronics or semiconduction company working experience.
- Familiar with Gird industry and the workflows and working methods of large state-owned enterprises.
- Extensive experience in customer management.
- Ability to work under pressure and frequently travel.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills and team work spirit. Fluent English and excellent communication skill
