Key responsibilities in your new role
- Work closely with local and global counterparts to identifylocalization and cost reduction opportunities and create innovativeideas proactively for substrate materials(DCB/AMB/Spacer/NTC/...)
- Lead material localization and continuous cost reduction projects atWuxi with team collaboration and fast implementation
- Create and review material related specifications/documents andmaintain in system
- Participant in material suppliers' visit and audit and be responsiblefor technical assessment reports
- Provide material expertise and knowledge to support others in dailywork
- Work as technical contact window for material engineering topics atWuxi
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor degree or above with engineering background, materialrelated is preferred
- More than 5 years’ of relevant working experience in semiconductorindustry
- Experienced on material characterization and analysis
- Solid knowledge of DOE, FMEA, 8D, control plan etc. and changemanagement experience.
- General project management skills and be passionate for cross teamworking environment.
- Strong communication skill in both Chinese & English (oral andwritten)
- Good work ethics and sense of responsibility, positive personality
