This role is ideal for someone who likes being at the center of activity — connecting clients, creative teams and production partners.
What you’ll be doing
As part of our Client Servicing team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run to plan and clients feel supported at every stage. You will:
- Be a key point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Clarify client requirements and manage expectations on timelines
- Coordinate artwork and production workflows using Trident and client systems
- Track deliverables and highlight risks or delays early
- Support scheduling and release of completed work
- Prepare quotes and invoices for client billing
- Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements
- Support system testing and technology enhancements when introduced
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experiencein client service, customer service or project management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Well‑organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience inprinting, packaging or productionis an advantage
- Enjoys working in a structured, professional environment
