Experience: 3–5 years in SaaS CS or Account Management
Responsibilities:
•Lead onboarding for new U.S. clients
•Conduct quarterly business reviews
•Train sales teams on Hive Perform
•Drive usage and ensure >90% retention
•Identify expansion opportunities
•Serve as senior contact for U.S. customers
•Provide technical and strategic support
