Job Description
Get to Know the Team
The Global Mobility team is part of the dynamic People Experience team. This small but collaborative group is committed to building a forward-looking and future-ready people function at Grab. You will support Grab's international talent moves, from work pass applications to cross-border assignments.
Get to Know the Role
You will support the immigration and work pass lifecycle for employees and candidates moving into or within Grab's markets. This is a hands-on chance to learn immigration compliance, case coordination and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced regional business.
This is a full-time internship from January to June 2027, and you will be fully on-site.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will support work pass applications, tracking each case from document collection to approval, renewal and cancellation.
- You will coordinate with immigration partners on submissions and status updates.
- You will maintain an accurate case tracker and status updates across active cases.
- You will monitor immigration rule changes in Grab's markets using official government sources and summarise them for team review.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You are currently pursuing a diploma or degree in HR, Business or a related field.
- You will be able to maintain accurate records and trackers, and use Excel or similar tools to organise data.
- You will be able to manage concurrent tasks by prioritising deadlines, tracking follow-ups, and keeping deliverables organised.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms
