Summary:As a Snack Bar Attendant, you are responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient food service to guests while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role supports a positive guest experience by preparing and serving menu items, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring the Snack Bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked always.
Job Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, pricing, and service standards
- Greet and assist guests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
- Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and guest requests
- Ensure all menu items are properly garnished and presented before serving
- Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions while following cash-handling procedures
- Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset workstations, dining areas, and service areas throughout the shift
- Assist fellow Snack Bar Attendants as needed to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and composed demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
- Monitor inventory levels; restock supplies, food products, condiments, and beverages as needed
- Maintain stocked ice bins and ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and adequately supplied
- Adhere to all company policies, health department regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests and support fellow team members in achieving operational goals
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Prior experience in a same or similar role preferred
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment
- Ability to understand questions and instructions from supervisors and co-workers
- Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Frequently push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
