The Opportunity

This position is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, supporting our IT / Digital Identity & Access Management function.

As the IAM Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform for US & Europe region, with a primary focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). You will contribute to centralizing access lifecycle management, strengthening governance processes, and ensuring compliance through effective monitoring, reporting, and integrations.

What You’ll Work On

• Support and maintainSailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, including onboarding new applications and managing entitlement mappings

• Execute and supportsystem integrations(CSV/file-based, API, and database integrations) while collaborating with application and infrastructure teams

• Monitor IAM operations, track KPIs, and resolve issues related totask failures, provisioning errors, and aggregations

• PerformServiceNow reporting and analysis, including aging reports for incidents, change requests, and access tickets

• Supporttesting activities, including UAT and regression testing, and maintain clear documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and integration designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3 years of experience inIdentity and Access Management (IAM)

• Hands-on experience withSailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including JML processes, RBAC, provisioning workflows, and access governance

• Experience withapplication integrations(connected and disconnected systems)

• Familiarity withServiceNow reporting and ticket management

• Experience supporting testing (UAT, regression) and documenting technical processes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withAzure AD, Azure PIM andSQL queries

• Exposure toaccess certification processes and compliance frameworks

• Experience working incompliance-driven IAM environments
