Job Description
DRY CLEANING
• Sort out items by items according to fabric or colour, separate heavy from light items
• Switch on all main, pump, energiser and the steam
• Removes stains before placing in the dry cleaning machines
• Attends to the machine, observe that the solvent, hot air and water level gauges show a normal reading
• Remove the solvent through filter
• Clean and refill the machines with solvent monthly or whenever required to do so
• Clean still tanks
LAUNDRY
• Does spot cleaning before placing items into the machine
• Prepared soiled garments base on categories or colour for wash
• Load and set cycles or wash formula on washer extractor
• Check wash cycles regularly for proper performance and chemical dosage
• Check and stock supplies (detergent)
• Operate tumbler dryers
• Clean the lint compartment of dryer machine dail
• Sort and prepare soiled guest, staff, executive and other laundry for wash
Job Requirement
• Minimum PMR qualification
• One (1) year working experience in related field
• Basic knowledge on wash method and machine operation
• Knowledge in fabric will be an advantage
• Can converse and read Malay and English
• Willing to work long hour
• Must be able to work shift duty
