What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy
- Treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, balance, and mobility conditions
- Develop progressive treatment programs focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and function
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and long-term independence
- Build strong relationships with patients while guiding them toward their goals
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve excellent patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or in the final stages of obtaining licensure
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for providing personalized, high-quality patient care
- Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
