Responsibilities
- Provide treatment under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait activities, and functional mobility
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery goals
- Track patient progress and communicate with the clinical team
- Complete accurate clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology
- Help create an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
- Positive, team-first attitude
