The Head Barista will deliver the best coffee experience to every guest along with the highest levels of customer service.
The Barista will brew coffee, make and servebeveragesdrinks (includethe design of coffee arts) as per Four Seasons Resorts & Hotels standards.
In addition to, the Baristawilldemonstratethe productknowledge to customers byadvisingthem and making suggestions.
The Barista willalso be responsibleto trainFood and beverage team members making different coffees anddesign ofcoffee arts.
The Barista will be responsible of requisition of all coffee products and controlling the stocks
The Barista willbe in charge ofservicing/cleaning and maintenance of all the Food and Beverages
Outletscoffee machines.
Follow up with supplier for any coffee machine breakdown and regular servicing.
QUALIFICATIONS
MinimumSC/GCE O Level or equivalent.
National Certificates 4 or 5 in Food & Beverages (Bar operation) or alternative qualifications.
NTC Level 3 in Hotel Management oran equivalentCertificate.
Certified Barista qualification
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
At least 2 years working experience in a4 or 5 starhotel
At least of 5 years working experience as Barista in a well-known coffee shop
Experience in retail / specialtystoreor food establishment preferred.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
High levelsof integrity.

Strong knowledge of coffee drinks is preferred
Hands-on experience, energetic and creative.
Ability to learn quickly.

Training of all Food and Beverages staffs
In charge of Servicing and Cleaning all the coffee machines in all F&B outlets
Responsible for requisition and managing the stock of products.
Communicatetoeach department manager for a proper follow-up to keep thequality of the coffee to be thebest.
Ensure that quality of product used is as per standard.
