Our Dominican Republic operations play a critical role in our ability to provide best in class service to our partners and merchant clients by efficiently processing funding applications we receive, and providing a multitask level of internal and external services to our data driven organization. As an Analyst I will ensure that all the submitted information from partners is valid and complies the criteria defined by the company.
You will report to the Manager I, Pre-Decision and will collaborate frequently with People and Culture, other operations teams, and Process Improvement positions across the organization.
In this role you will:
KYB & KYC Verification: Inspect, authenticate, and validate all Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation submitted by customers, confirming data integrity and trustworthiness before moving deals to downstream stages.
Intake Decisioning (New & Renewals): Evaluate both new submissions and renewal applications against established minimum criteria to determine whether a deal should be accepted, put on hold for missing information, or declined.
Cross-Functional Communication: Actively liaise with Prequalification and Processing teams to resolve file discrepancies, clarify missing data, and facilitate seamless handoffs throughout the funding workflow.
Queue & SLA Management: Collaborate with teammates to monitor and balance the funding queue, ensuring turnaround times consistently align with targeted service level agreements (SLAs).
Quality & Output Standards: Maintain high personal benchmarks for production volume and operational accuracy, minimizing downstream kickbacks and processing delays.
Performance Tracking & Growth: Actively engage in Lattice, completing bi-weekly performance logs, documenting operational metrics, and driving constructive review check-ins with your manager.
Compliance & Core Values: Strictly adhere to company policies, risk protocols, and internal standards, embodying the Forward Compass in daily operations and team interactions.
