We use our Flywire Advantage - the combination of our next-gen payments platform, proprietary payment network and vertical specific software, to help our clients get paid, and help their customers pay with ease - no matter where they are in the world.
What more do we need to truly be unstoppable? Perhaps, that is you!

Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company, founded more than a decade ago to solve high-stakes, high-value payments. We’ve scaled into new regions and industry verticals and expanded our product offerings to deliver meaningful value to our clients around the world.

The Opportunity
As Flywire continues to scale its Travel software and payments platform, Product Marketing plays a central role in how we turn product capability into market impact.
We serve more than 22,000 travel and hospitality businesses. This role covers both lines of our Travel vertical: Hospitality, including hotels and boutique accommodations, and Experiential, including travel operators and DMCs. With Sertifi by Flywire, we cover the full path from contract to settlement, including digital contracts, deposits, and group event payments.
This role sits at the intersection of Product and Go to Market. The focus is straightforward. Make our solutions easy to understand, easy to sell, and clearly differentiated. You will shape how we position our products, how we go to market, and how we enable teams to win. The output shows up in pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue. You will report to the VP, Product Marketing.
This is a senior individual contributor role and the product marketing owner for Travel. You will set the plan rather than execute someone else's, bring a point of view to the table, and raise the bar for the wider product marketing team. You will connect product strategy, customer insight, and commercial execution. That means sharpening our story, targeting the right customers, and ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. It also means bringing real feedback from the field back into how we evolve both messaging and product direction.
What you'll do:
Positioning, ICP, and Messaging
- Own clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for our Travel solutions
- Own Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas across the Hospitality and Experiential segments, grounded in customer and market insight
- Translate complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narratives, including how our software and payment network are stronger together
- Own competitive positioning for Travel, including where we win, where we don't, and what needs to change
- Ensure consistency across Product, Marketing, and Sales
Go to Market and Launch Execution
- Own go to market strategy for launches, releases, and commercial initiatives in Travel, including priorities and trade-offs across both lines of business
- Partner with Product to turn roadmap into market ready messaging and materials
- Drive coordinated execution across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Partner with Pricing and Commercial teams so packaging and positioning match the value clients get
- Continuously refine approach based on performance and feedback
Enablement and Revenue Impact
- Build and maintain high quality enablement materials including decks, battlecards, demos, and value narratives
- Equip Sales and Relationship Management teams to position and sell effectively across both lines of business
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve win rates, deal quality, and conversion
- Lead value articulation in competitive and high-value deals, including ROI cases for operations and finance buyers
Customer Insight and Market Feedback
- Act as Flywire's market expert for travel and hospitality, and the person Product comes to for what the market will pay for
- Synthesize customer feedback, win loss insights, and field input into actionable direction
- Build a strong understanding of travel and hospitality buyers, market dynamics, and competition, including gateways, point solutions, and incumbent PMS and CRM workflows
- Feed insights back into positioning, targeting, pricing, and product decisions
AI Driven Execution
- Use AI to improve speed and quality across content, messaging, and research
- Build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can adopt
- Help shape how the team incorporates AI into day to day execution
Qualifications
Here's what we're looking for
- At least 8 years of B2B product marketing experience across SaaS, payments, fintech, or similar environments
- Experience as the senior product marketer for a product line, platform, or vertical, setting direction rather than executing a plan handed to you
- Proven track record owning positioning, go to market launches, and enablement with clear ties to pipeline, conversion, and revenue
- Strong commercial and product instincts, with a clear understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales motions
- Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling value propositions that resonate with buyers
- Comfortable partnering with Product, Sales, and senior commercial stakeholders, and influencing without authority
- Hands on experience using AI in day to day marketing workflows, with a focus on improving speed, quality, and scale
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously evolve how work gets done and experiment with new approaches
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across teams
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
Nice to have
- Bias toward action with a focus on execution and outcomes
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or hotel technology, or marketing to travel operations and finance buyers
- Experience in payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS platforms
- Experience marketing a multi product portfolio, or bringing an acquired product into a wider platform story
- Experience directly tying product marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Experience mentoring or raising the bar for other product marketers
