The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Operations team based in our Vilnius office. Reporting directly to the Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in executing day-to-day Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) operations—including Know Your Customer (KYC/KYB), transaction monitoring, fraud investigation, and international sanctions screening.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical compliance professional looking to deepen their expertise in cross-border payments, international AML/CTF regulations, and complex corporate structures within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Location: Hybrid | Vilnius, Lithuania

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & KYB Due Diligence: Execute end-to-end client onboarding verification for institutional clients. Review corporate formation documents, complex organisational structures, and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) details.
  • Public Research & Risk Profiling: Conduct open-source research (OSINT), adverse media checks, and website risk reviews to evaluate client business models and potential regulatory impact.
  • Periodic Refresh & KYC Lifecycle: Perform ongoing due diligence, periodic KYC refreshes, and account re-evaluations to ensure continuous regulatory compliance.
  • Transaction & Fraud Monitoring: Monitor global platform transactions to detect anomalous payment activity, investigating potential financial crime or fraud through partner systems and internal customer data.
  • Sanctions & Watchlist Screening: Review potential sanctions matches against international watchlists (OFAC, EU, UN, etc.) and escalate high-risk findings appropriately.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Support, Risk Engineering, and Legal teams to resolve complex compliance inquiries and optimise operational workflows.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in financial crimes compliance, AML operations, or risk management within fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Corporate Structure Expertise: Strong working knowledge of entity organisational structures, corporate documentation, and UBO verification.
  • Analytical & Research Skills: Sharp detail orientation with experience utilising public registers, adverse media tools, and internal database systems.
  • Adaptability & Ownership: Ability to prioritise competing deadlines independently, exercise sound regulatory judgment, and escalate risk issues effectively.
  • Global Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; additional language skills are a strong plus given our global footprint.
