What you'll do
- Execute month-end close activities and prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve outstanding items to maintain data integrity.
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes within the Record to Report cycle, delivering timely and high-quality financial records.
- Collaborate with Country Financial Controllers and cross-functional teams to support compliance with accounting policies and controls.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Performance
You will own the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Your data-driven approach will support key performance indicators such as on-time month-end close and error-free reconciliations. By delivering reliable financial information, you enable better strategic decisions that drive growth and strengthen Flora Food Group’s market position.

This role reports to the Country Financial Controller and works within a collaborative Global Business Services team. You will engage with finance functions across Treasury, Purchase to Pay, Bill to Cash, and Supply Chain Finance to ensure seamless end-to-end processes. Your commitment to compliance and governance supports long-term financial health and sustainability, reflecting Flora Food Group’s dedication to doing the right thing for our people and communities.

You have a solid background in finance and accounting, with experience in Record to Report or General Ledger accounting. You are skilled in executing month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations with precision. You communicate clearly and work well with global teams, showing a proactive approach to operational excellence.
