You will play a key role in advancing reimbursement and market access, partnering with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D and Global Market Access teams.
What You Will Do
- Execute reimbursement strategies across public and private healthcare sectors.
- Develop payer insights and contribute to evidence-generation and reimbursement plans.
- Support pricing strategies and successful product launches.
- Translate provider and payer needs into actionable market strategies.
- Collaborate and influence across a matrix organization, including global stakeholders.
- Represent the business in relevant industry and medical associations.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 5+ years of relevant healthcare experience, ideally including Market Access.
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, healthcare policy and compliance.
- Experience supporting product launches and formulary access.
- Collaborative, influential and energized by hands-on work and building new approaches.
