  • Lead the financial governance of commercial activities, ensuring an appropriate balance between market opportunities and the achievement of financial targets.
  • Own the financial dimension of the S&OP process, coordinating demand, sales, and profitability perspectives while facilitating financial alignment through the Financial GAP review meetings.
  • Coordinate and consolidate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities for the category, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of information across all stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to identify risks and opportunities, proactively proposing mitigation and value-creation actions.
  • Lead the financial preparation and consolidation of the category's Long-Term Strategic Plan, translating business strategies into financial commitments and scenarios.
  • Monitor and communicate key business performance indicators, including Net Sales, Gross Profit, EBIT, Working Capital, and Cash Flow, ensuring visibility and accountability across the organization.
  • Participate in cross-functional and Business Unit Controlling Network initiatives, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Prepare executive-level analyses, reports, and presentations for the Business Unit Leadership Team, providing meaningful financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or a similar business partnering role, preferably within a multinational environment.

  • Proven ability to translate financial data into business insights and recommendations that influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams and evaluating business cases, investments, pricing initiatives, and profitability opportunities.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, AFO, Power BI, Excel, and other financial planning/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
