Join a Company That Puts People First

Build a career in automotive service while helping customers make informed decisions about their vehicles. As a Sales & Service Writer, you'll be a key point of contact, welcoming customers, listening to their concerns, recommending appropriate services, and ensuring a smooth experience they can trust from check-in to checkout. This role is ideal if you enjoy customer service, sales, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting. No technician experience is required—we'll train you on our products, services, and tools to support customers and the store team.

About Us:

LubeZone provides fast-lube and routine maintenance services that keep drivers on schedule without the delays of a full-service repair shop. LubeZone serves both needs with convenient service for drivers and predictable maintenance planning for fleets and commercial vehicles. We primarily service class 6-8 trucks, but also will service light and medium duty vehicles.

Growth & Development:

We promote from within. As a Sales & Service Writer, you'll build the customer care, sales, and workflow skills that open doors to Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and other operational leadership roles—many of our leaders started right where you are, with paid training and support at every step.

No technical experience necessary!

We will train you in new skills that will serve you well. But, if you do have related experience, bring it! Our Teams make us who we are, and we are always ready to welcome quality people to join our team.
