Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments and receivables.
- Follow up on pending invoices and payment collections.
- Maintain customer records and payment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with service, finance, and sales teams.
- Support customer relationship management and after-sales service.
