The Role:

• Manufacturing manager’s role is to lead production team to meet the goals and theobjectiveson Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost Reduction byutilizingoperator’s skill,capabilityand process equipment

In this role you will:

• Lead the team to becomeLiquid Filter ProductionCell as “Grate Place to Work”

• Build safe manufacturing shop floor and process.

• Reduce quality complains and issues

• Develop and grow employees

• Make goodrelationshipwith related functions and customersglobally.
