Job Description
The Assembler is an important member of the team that builds our products. Responsible for the production of high-quality energetic assemblies in accordance with specific engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions. Responsible for safety, quality and delivery of products for our Aerospace and Defense markets. This role will report to the Production Supervisor of Linear & Transfer Systems in our Simsbury, CT location on 1st Shift.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual assembly as defined in Manufacturing Instructions using hand tools, simple machinery, etc.
- Loading and unloading components into automatic machines and powders into cups to press
- Clean, measure, cut, sample, spool, coil and pack product
- Maintain quality and accuracy requirements
Requirements:
- Excels in a dynamic, changeable work environment; Energetic and positive; able to work independently and within a team
- High School diploma
- Able to read and understand written instructions in English
- Has a continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrates accountability, strong attention to detail, and a team player mindset
The anticipated wage range for this position is $25.48-$29.30/hour. The salary range represents the range EBAD has established in good faith for this position and may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
