Join Elara Caring as a Travel Physical Therapist and take your skills on the road! This is a 100% travel position where you'll support patients and clinical teams across different communities while enjoying the adventure of working in new locations.

What You'll Do
- Travel to assigned Elara Caring locations to provide home health physical therapy.
- Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with local clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Document patient progress and support continuity of care.
What You'll Need
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active PT license or ability to obtain licensure in assigned states.
- At least one year of clinical experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel 100% to assigned locations.
- Valid driver's license and strong communication skills.
