About the role
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for maintaining the relationship and providing on-site & remote customer service to the company’s clients. RAMs are responsible for leading the operations process of Client onboarding by overseeing all aspects of the implementation of the company’s products/services within client accounts. RAMs also provide ongoing Client Support/training throughout the ongoing client relationship lifecycle. Travel is required, mostly in-state, at approximately 75%.
What you'll do
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s onboarding process with clients
- Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyondinitialprogram installation
- Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and provide theappropriate resolution
- Leverage CRM & Business Intelligence management tools to analyze dataand automate processes
- Deliver onclient satisfactiongoals and targets
- Developtrustrelationshipswithclients
Qualifications
- Excellent Time-ManagementSkills in an autonomous environment

- Proven Track Record ofAccount Management inSaaS/Software
- Highly-Organized, Self-Starting, Team Player
- DMV or Automotive Industry Experience (preferred)
- Ability to navigate andutilizeSalesForce.com (preferred)
