Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team!   This is a high-impact role for someone who can step into a moving process, get oriented fast, and drive execution with precision. This role sits in the Office of the CEO and reports to the Chief of Staff.  If you bring disciplined project management and genuine change management depth, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

You’ll own coordination, planning, and execution of the company's most consequential cross-functional work — starting with a structured, multi-phase merger integration already underway. It's a high-impact role for someone who can step into a moving process, get oriented fast, and drive execution with precision. As the integration matures, your focus will shift to the strategic projects that follow it: the enterprise priorities that need a disciplined owner but don't sit cleanly inside any one function.

Key areas you'll add value

• Orient quickly to the existing integration plan, workstream owners, and stakeholders.
  
  
• Build and maintain detailed execution plans across all workstreams as a living document, with clear ownership, tracked milestones, and updates as priorities and complexity shift.
  
  
• Run the operating cadence behind the plan: track status, facilitate workgroup meetings, surface risks and blockers early, drive decisions to closure, and document outcomes to keep stakeholders aligned and accountable.
  
  
• Own delivery on technically complex projects — systems consolidation, data and platform migrations, tooling decisions — translating between technical leaders and business stakeholders so the right tradeoffs get made and nothing stalls in handoff.
  
  
• Deliver crisp, executive-ready updates and materials for steering committee and leadership reviews.

What you’ll bring

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
  
  
• 3+ years of project management experience, including ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  
  
• Proficiency in modern project management tooling, including Aha!, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
  
  
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly in value-based care and technology-enablement clinical services companies.

Preferred experience

• Consulting background or experience working in a consulting-adjacent environment.
  
  
• Systems thinking, with genuine comfort with complexity, interdependencies, and operating without complete information.
  
  
• Experience bridging technology strategy and operational execution, including partnering closely with technology leaders to align product and systems decisions with broader integration goals.
  
  
• Chicago-based with availability for regular in-person presence.

This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position. Commensurate on candidate experience, the expected base salary range for this role is $125,000-$140,000.
