DEINE ROLLE
Als Salesforce Consultant / Requirements Engineer konzipierst und optimierst du Integrationsprozesse auf Basis von MuleSoft und der Salesforce-Plattform. Du analysierst fachliche und technische Anforderungen, entwickelst zukunftsfähige Integrationskonzepte und übersetzt diese in umsetzbare Anforderungen für agile Entwicklungsteams. Dabei agierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, Enterprise Architektur, Product Ownern und technischer Umsetzung. Die Rolle basiert auf den Schwerpunkten Salesforce-Beratung, Integrationsdesign, Requirements Engineering und Business Process Analys.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Analyse und Optimierung von Integrations- und Datenaustauschprozessen
- Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Priorisierung fachlicher Anforderungen
- Erstellung von Epics, User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und Prozessmodellen
- Konzeption von MuleSoft-basierten Integrationslösungen und APIs
- Beratung zu Best Practices im Bereich API-led Connectivity und Systemintegration
- Durchführung und Moderation von Workshops mit Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
- Fachliche Begleitung der Umsetzung sowie Unterstützung bei Tests und Abnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur-, Entwicklungs- und Infrastrukturteams
- Unterstützung von Product Ownern in agilen Projekten (Scrum / SAFe)
DEIN PROFIL
- Zwischen 6 bis 8 Jahren Erfahrung als Salesforce Consultant, Integration Consultant, Business Analyst oder Requirements Engineer
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der MuleSoft Anypoint Platform sowie moderner Integrationsarchitekturen
- Erfahrung mit API-Management sowie REST-, SOAP- und Event-basierten Schnittstellen
- Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und in der Geschäftsprozessanalyse
- Gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden wie Scrum oder SAFe
- Sicherer Umgang mit User Stories, Story Mapping und Backlog Management
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kundenorientierung
- Nachweisbare Zertifizierungen im Salesforce- oder MuleSoft-Umfeld (z. B. MuleSoft Developer, MuleSoft Integration Architect oder Salesforce Administrator)
- Da diese Position eine regelmäßige Kommunikation mit deutschsprachigen Kund:innen beinhaltet, sind fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau oder höher zwingend erforderlich
Automotive-Know-how
- Erfahrung in CRM-, Integrations- oder Transformationsprojekten im Automotive-Umfeld
- Verständnis für die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Hersteller, Marktorganisation, Handel und Endkunde
- Erfahrung mit der Integration von CRM-, ERP-, DMS-, Customer-Service- oder Marketing-Systemen
- Verständnis typischer Automotive-Prozessketten über Vertrieb, Service und After Sales hinweg
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen verschiedener Stakeholder in skalierbare Integrationslösungen zu überführen
