Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the assigned area to achieve business targets for consumer banking products.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management within the consumer banking or financial services sector.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of consumer banking products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
