Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of technology professionals to deliver robust core banking and wealth platform solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring platform stability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive the modernization of consumer banking platforms through the adoption of cloud, microservices, and modern APIs.
• Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish and enforce best practices in software engineering, code quality, and system architecture.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering core banking or wealth management platform solutions within the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in modern banking architectures, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
