RESPONSIBILITIES
CriticalSystem Management:
Oversee theinstallation, operation, and maintenance ofall MEPsystems within the data centres.
Ensure allMEPinfrastructure, includingmechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems,and security systemsoperatereliably and efficiently.
Implement andmaintainsafety policies, procedures, and best practices.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate with shift teams to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage and effective handovers between shifts.
Developing processing plans andoptimizingresource allocation.
Maintenance and Upgrades:
Plan and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment and systems are serviced according to manufacturer and company standards.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and upgrade projects, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure allequipmentoperationscomply withrelevantbuilding codes,and environmental,health&safety regulations.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and records to support compliance audits and certifications.
Technical Support:
Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure toascertainand improve operational efficiencies.
Gathering andanalysingdata and reports.
Strategic Initiatives:
Support theMechanical Engineering Manager andCritical Services Manager in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance mechanical system performance and support business growth.
