Coffee Shop Assistant needed for busy specialty coffee shop in Dublin City (Full-time and Part-time positions available).
No previous experience required - we provide complete training on all aspects of the role including customer service, food preparation, and coffee making.

What you'll do
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Deliver food orders to tables and describe menu items
- Handle customer concerns professionally
Shop Maintenance:
- Keep the shop clean and presentable throughout the day
- Clear and sanitise tables between customers
- Wash dishes, equipment, and utensils
- Support setup and breakdown of outdoor seating areas
- Help prepare for the next day's service
Team Support:
- Work flexibly across different tasks as needed
- Operate the till after training
- Assist with stock management and minimise waste
- Report equipment issues to management
- Follow health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
What we are looking for
Essential Requirements
- Friendly and positive personality

- Able to work various shifts including weekends
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Interest in coffee and hospitality
Desirable, but not essential
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service
- Food safety awareness
- Cash handling experience
Pay & Benefits:
- €14.15-€14.40 per hour
