Compensation:
- $21.00 - $23.00/hr

What YOU Will Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and technicians
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls
- Optimize technician routes and schedules for efficiency
- Coordinate the right technician for each job based on skills and availability
- Communicate schedule updates and resolve customer concerns
- Support team goals, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
What We Need from YOU:
- 2 years of dispatch experience minimum
- Service Titan experience a major plus!
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
