We are currently recruiting French-Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a customer service project for a major electricity and gas provider operating in the French market.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to electricity and gas services.
- Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver professional, personalized, and high-quality customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving performance targets.
Requirements
- C1 or C2 level of French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Currently residing in Portugal.
- Legally authorized to work in Portugal.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Customer-oriented, motivated, and proactive.
- Willingness to work flexible and rotating schedules.
Employment Conditions
- Location: Guimarães, Portugal.
- Contract: Employment contract starting on the first day of training.
- Training: Paid initial training.
- Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).
- Schedule: Variable and rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.
- Work arrangement: On-site during the first 3 to 4 months, with the possibility of working remotely afterward, subject to consistently meeting performance targets.
