We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team to help shape the future of living, one thoughtful detail at a time.
You will play a key part in driving revenue by helping plan and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns, and by improving the customer shopping experience on our website in the US and Canada. You will also be collaborating cross-functionally with different teams (Performance, Partnerships, Creative etc.) to implement campaign strategies and optimise performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the planning and execution of the US and Canada marketing calendar, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and always-on initiatives.
- Manage campaigns from end to end, from briefing and stakeholder coordination to asset quality checks and onsite promotion setup.
- Develop and recommend promotional strategies, such as targeted vouchers, gift-with-purchase offers, and bundle deals, to drive conversion and increase average order value.
- Monitor the monthly marketing discount budget and proactively flag any deviations from plan.
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns, including newsletters and automated customer journeys, to drive engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Ensure campaigns and promotions are effectively reflected across the website, while supporting broader onsite optimisation initiatives.
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance on a regular basis, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date on competitor activity, market trends, and customer behaviours to bring fresh ideas and opportunities to the team.
What you need to succeed:
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce campaigns, CRM or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional campaigns from planning through execution.
- Comfort with data: you can read funnel metrics and turn them into action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience crafting customer-facing marketing content.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience targeting North American markets and/or working within the furniture, home, or lifestyle retail industry is a plus.
