Position Overview

Cast & Crew is looking for a Revenue Systems Manager to support our revenue ecosystem end to end — from Sales through Client Experience. This role owns the systems, reporting, and cross functional coordination that keep the revenue organization running smoothly, blending CRM administration and technology enablement with analytics, reporting, and planning support.

The role combines hands on systems administration with analytical and project management skills, partnering closely with revenue leadership to turn data into decisions, keep priorities coordinated across teams, and ensure the tools and processes powering the revenue ecosystem scale effectively.

Core Responsibilities

CRM & Systems Administration

  • Support implementation and ongoing administration of HubSpot as the CRM platform across the revenue ecosystem, partnering with Sales, Client Experience, and Technology stakeholders.
  • Configure pipelines, properties, workflows, automations, and permissions to match business requirements across the full funnel, from pipeline generation through renewal and expansion.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into scalable system configuration, balancing flexibility with data integrity.
  • Maintain system documentation, admin guides, and configuration standards.

Analytics, Reporting & Planning

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering the full revenue funnel, pipeline, bookings, client health, renewals, churn, adoption, and other key revenue KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Experience, and Revenue Operations leadership to define metrics, reporting cadence, and data standards.
  • Support planning cycles, such as forecasting, territory or book design, and goal setting, with data, analysis, and modeling.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM and connected systems, and proactively identify and close reporting gaps.

Technology & AI Use Case Assessment

  • Evaluate new tools and technologies that could improve workflows, efficiency, or the client experience across the revenue ecosystem.
  • Identify, pilot, and help implement AI use cases (e.g., automation, predictive scoring, generative AI assisted workflows) in partnership with Product and Technology teams.
  • Assess feasibility, cost, and impact of new tools, and build the business case for adoption.
  • Stay current on SaaS revenue operations and RevOps tooling trends.

Systems Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for supporting the revenue tech stack, including CRM, client experience platforms, ticketing and support tools, and related integrations.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with IT and external vendors as needed, and manage integrations between platforms.
  • Train end users on new tools and workflows; create and maintain SOPs and training materials.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively flag risks or inefficiencies.

Cross Functional Coordination & Planning

  • Act as a connective point across Sales, Client Experience, Support, Product, and Technology, coordinating priorities, timelines, and follow through on cross team initiatives.
  • Help organize and prepare for recurring leadership meetings, business reviews, and planning sessions, pulling together data, agendas, and follow ups as needed.
  • Maintain a roadmap of revenue systems projects, configuration changes, and technology evaluations.
  • Establish and improve processes for intake, prioritization, testing, and rollout of system and process changes.
  • Ensure stakeholders have visibility into system changes, new capabilities, and reporting updates.

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in CRM administration, revenue operations, sales operations, client experience operations, business systems analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Hands on experience configuring HubSpot (or a comparable CRM), including workflows, pipelines, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system configuration.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across teams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools within your discipline — able to speak to specific tools used, workflow integration, and measurable business impact — with a drive to continuously experiment with and apply emerging AI capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification(s) (e.g., HubSpot CRM Administration, RevOps).
  • Experience in a SaaS or other subscription based, operationally complex industry.
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools within a CRM or revenue operations context.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), or scripting for data and reporting work.
  • Experience supporting planning, forecasting, or business review processes for a sales or client experience organization.
  • Experience integrating CRM with adjacent systems (support/ticketing, billing, product analytics).

What Success Looks Like

The revenue tech stack is well configured, reliable, and continuously improving across Sales and Client Experience alike. Leaders have accurate, timely reporting and analysis to make decisions and plan ahead. Cross functional initiatives stay coordinated and move forward without things falling through the cracks. New technologies and AI use cases are evaluated thoughtfully and adopted where they add real value.
