Assistthe team in the general marketing of units
Conduct research ontheretail mall market
Supportany other daily administrativeor ad-hocduties related to leasingas assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a DegreeinReal Estate Business or any other related disciplines
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word,PowerPointand Excel)
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of market research methodologies
Ability tomulti-task
Creative problem-solving skills
