Location - Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
*** Development & Programming:

- Design, develop, and maintain Python applications, scripts, and tools to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
-
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code following best practices and design patterns
-
- Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources
-
- Create and maintain APIs for internal applications and data services
-
- Implement unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and reliability
*** Data Processing & Analytics:
-
- Utilize Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scipy for data manipulation and analysis
-
- Create data visualizations using matplotlib, seaborn, or similar libraries to present findings
-
- Process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful business insights
-
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for regular reporting and analytics

- Work with structured and unstructured data sources to build comprehensive solutions
*** Dashboard & Reporting:

- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI (knowledge is an added advantage)

- Create automated reporting solutions that deliver timely insights to stakeholders

- Build user-friendly interfaces for data exploration and analysis

- Ensure dashboards and reports meet business requirements and security standards

- Support and maintain existing reporting solutions
*** Process Automation:

- Identify opportunities for process automation across business functions

- Develop tools to automate manual and repetitive tasks

- Create workflow automation solutions that integrate with existing systems

- Optimize existing processes through technological enhancements

- Knowledge of Alteryx for workflow automation is an added advantage
*** Collaboration & Business Integration:

- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated solutions

- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively

- Provide support and training to end-users on developed applications

- Document solutions and create user guides for business applications
*** Project Management & Delivery:

- Manage assigned development tasks and meet project deadlines

- Track progress and report status to team leads and stakeholders

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to production problems

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
