Company Overview

At Bridgenext, we engineer Growth Operating Systems. Most enterprises have spent millions on their revenue stack and still aren't seeing the growth they expected. They have tools that function, but no system that wins. We help growth-hungry companies close that gap by turning fragmented platforms, siloed teams, and disconnected data into one integrated Growth OS. More than a technology company or marketing agency, we're a global digital consultancy with experts in engineering, data, AI, creative and more.

Our teams are made up of experts who believe in engineering impact, starting with putting people at the center of everything we do. Every team member directly shapes our work, culture, and values. Nothing matters more to us than a kind, respectful, fulfilling environment that supports everyone. Our flexible, inclusive culture gives you the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to thrive.

Position Description

We are hiring a HubSpot Specialist / Developer role to act as a hands-on developer executing a substantial, already-documented backlog of HubSpot architecture, integration, lifecycle automation, and security remediation work. The candidate will work from existing Jira epics and tickets covering custom object data modeling, CRM/data pipeline integrations, and marketing automation for multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and shipping work items across the following areas:

  • Core HubSpot Architecture & Data Modeling
    • Architect, migrate, and deploy new HubSpot custom object data models to support team structures, multi-product subscription hierarchies, and lifecycle tracking.
    • Implement multi-product subscription modeling across B2B use cases.
    • Validate product/team hierarchy alignment and member associations.
    • Test custom object association traversal and workflow personalization logic.
    • Configure Databricks source table mapping and Hightouch synchronization models.
  • CRM & Pipeline Integrations (Salesforce, Hightouch, Databricks, AppFlow)
    • Build and maintain Salesforce ↔ HubSpot sync configurations including resolving object sync threshold limits.
    • Investigate, triage, and resolve large-scale sync errors between Salesforce and HubSpot.
    • Configure HubSpot integration user permissions in Salesforce.
    • Fix revenue attribution and automated interaction-owner assignment logic.
    • Resolve lead deduplication and contact-eligibility logic across AppFlow, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
    • Diagnose and fix automated lead delivery/assignment failures.
    • Design robust handling for dropdown/enum properties to prevent pipeline sync failures.
    • Resolve Hightouch/Databricks sync failures caused by schema or column changes.
    • Ingest and map new data fields from Databricks into HubSpot
    • Manage ingress/egress and deprecation of third-party data attributes in HubSpot.
    • Scope and configure HubSpot object egress into Databricks for cross-functional reporting.
  • Program-Specific Lifecycle & Marketing Automation
    • Scope risk and schema impact of funnel migrations affecting downstream data models.
    • Resolve missing/blocked CRM records that break workflow personalization.
    • Build data attributes to support self-service onboarding flows
    • Engineer persistent data frameworks to support multi-step nurture/pitch journeys in HubSpot.
    • Investigate and fix association bugs causing duplicate or incorrect notification delivery.
    • Configure property ingestion to support renewal and lifecycle email workflows.
    • Integrate product usage/deep-link data into HubSpot and resolve related association gaps.
    • Support market-expansion and segmentation work: enterprise segmentation, subscription product data matching, contact creation syncs, and workflow branching/property updates for new market launches.
  • Security, Tooling & Incident Remediation
    • Audit permissions for third-party/AI connectors (e.g., AI assistants) integrated with HubSpot; identify high-risk write scopes and provide security recommendations.
    • Author root-cause analyses (RCAs) and recovery plans for production incidents affecting HubSpot-dependent lead/data flows; establish preventive protocols.
    • Evaluate and support integrations connecting HubSpot with messaging infrastructure for marketing use cases.

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or subscription/membership-based products.
  • Proven hands-on development experience with HubSpot (CRM, custom objects, workflows, properties, associations)
  • Experience building and troubleshooting integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of data pipeline tools such Databricks (or comparable reverse-ETL/warehouse tools) is plus.
  • Experience with AppFlow or similar data-ingestion/integration tooling.
  • Strong SQL skills for schema design, data mapping, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving large-scale data sync errors across CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation concepts: lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflow personalization, segmentation.
  • Experience with incident response practices: writing RCAs, remediation plans, and preventive runbooks.
  • Understanding of API/connector security — evaluating third-party and AI integration permission scopes.
  • Ability to work independently from Jira-documented epics/tickets and translate written requirements into shipped, tested solutions.
