Position Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to enable cross-functional squads to develop customer solutions using the Agile ways of working that integrates the business and technical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and enable high-performing cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business functions.
- Maintain traceability across requirements, user stories, risk controls, test cases, and release documentation while managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and compliance requirements to support validated delivery and audit readiness.
- Ensure Agile delivery activities comply with FDA regulations, GxP requirements, and organizational processes.
- Maintain transparency across the organization about development progress and grow trust
- Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and Product owner/manager
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic and operational goals.
Workplace: Remote based role in LATAM, preferably in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Must Have Skills:
- Domain Expertise
- Experience leading Agile delivery in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, or other regulated environments.
- Prior experience supporting digital health solutions, connected medical devices, clinical applications, or R&D organizations.
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams operating within FDA-regulated and GxP-compliant environments, ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and validation requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Product / Digital Expertise
- Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies, Product Management and experienced in coaching product and agile teams.
- Delivery or software / product development background
- Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology
- Leadership skills and behaviors
- Strong delivery leadership with experience managing complex dependencies, driving stakeholder alignment, and leveraging data-driven continuous improvement practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
Professional Skills:
- Excellent English communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
