Job Description
As an IT Process Expert Plan to Fulfill (P2F) for design, harmonization and implementation in SAP ERP R/3 and S/4, you will:
• Drive the S/4 HANA transformation within HC
• Further develop innovative concepts incl rollout within the area of planning(P2F) especially with focus on sales planning, forecasting and advanced order confirmation
• Shaping the future of our division Home Comfort by supporting or driving worldwide optimization and roll-out projects in close collaboration with our production, sales and distribution network;
• Actively participate in a division-wide migration project from R/3 to S/4; as well as from SAP APO to Kinaxis Maestro
• Execute requirement workshops, consult business on IT-capabilities, create IT-specifications, drive/manage the implementation in SAP and Kinaxis Maestro, train and support our key users
• Ensure stable operations
Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration, IT, mechanical engineering, physics or similar
• Experience in consulting or industry with focus on digital technology related to manufacturing
• Advanced experience with IT solutions in SAP ERP (SD, aATP and/or MM)
• Preferably knowing Kinaxis Maestro or other Supply Network Planning Tool (e.g. SCM-APO, SAP-IBP)
• Strong team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments
• Knowledge about new digital trends, agile work environments and motivation to learn
• Willingness to work with cross functional teams in an international environment
• Presentation and coordination skills
• Very good language skills in English
• Willingness to travel
