About the role:

As a Data Product Manager on the BEES Fintech Data & AI team, you will own the translation of global BNPL and digital payments strategy into high-impact data product requirements for analytics, engineering, and data science teams. • Align data product roadmaps with application product teams, ensuring seamless integration between data capabilities and end-user experiences.
  • Drive product analytics initiatives by ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable data, KPIs, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Present product releases, roadmap updates, and business results to global commercial stakeholders, gathering feedback to continuously improve data products.
  • Act as the voice of data in cross-functional discussions, translating complex analytical concepts into business value and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with global data standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.
