This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingualThai-EnglishFinance professional to become Beca's first dedicatedFinancial Control LeadforourThailandbusiness.

Reporting to the Regional Financial Manager – Asia & International, you will act as the trustedFinance representative for the Thailand business, supporting local management and the local Board,while connecting the business with Beca's wider regionalFinance network.

This is not a traditional accounting role.Beca already has specialist regional teams supporting Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Group Reporting,Finance Transformationand Company Secretarial.The role is focused on helping Thailand work as part of Beca's globalFinance team, helping to embed scalable,standardisedfinance and tax compliance practices that support Beca's future-fit strategy.

While the role has no direct reports, it provides leadership through influence. Success will come from your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, bring the right people together to achieve positive outcomes for the Thailand business, and help embed Beca's modernFinance operating model within the Thailand office.

The Opportunity

Thailand is an important part of Beca's Asia & International region, which encompasses Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, the Pacific Islands, NewCaledoniaand projects across Asia Pacific and beyond.

As our business continues to grow, we want toestablisha dedicatedFinance presence in Thailand. This role will provide an important link between local leadership and our regionalFinance teams, supporting stronger collaboration, scalable ways of working and country-level deliveryacrossthe Asia & International region.

You will help local teams understand and embrace modern finance practices,while ensuring regional teams understand local business needs, regulatoryrequirementsand cultural considerations.

In practice, you will help connect local business needs with regional finance processes, support Oracle Fusionadoptionand encourage more consistent, efficient ways of working.

What YouWill Be Doing

You will:

• Review monthly financial results for Thailand and help local management and the local Board understand financial performance,risksand key business drivers.

• Provide a local accounting, tax, regulatory and governance perspective to support sound financial reporting and decision-making.

• Review statutory financial statements and support local statutory compliance activities.

• Act as the primary finance representative for the Thailand business and a key stakeholder for finance services delivered through Beca's regional operating model.

• Work with Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, Tax, Payroll and Company Secretarial to help ensure Thailand receivestimelyand effective finance support.

• Draw on Beca's Group Reporting, Finance Transformation and specialist Centre of Excellence teams for technical guidance, issueresolutionand continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as the primary local liaison with external auditors, Big 4 taxadvisersand local second-tier accounting providers.

• Provide local oversight andchallengeof finance outcomes,including a focus on local working capital,ensuring issues areidentified,escalatedand resolved appropriately.

• Support Oracle Fusion adoption and help embedstandardisedregional processes, Oracle-basedworkflowsand modern finance practices in Thailand.

• Encourage greater use of Oracle-based invoicing, purchase order disciplines, electronic workflows and reduced reliance on manual and paper-based processes.

• Help drive improvements in governance, VAT compliance practices, documentation standards, privacyrequirementsand financial controls.

• Support budgeting,forecastingand business planning activities.

• Participate in regional finance initiatives as a member of Beca's Asia & International finance team, working closely with Finance Managers.

• Travel asrequiredto work alongside shared service,taxand regional finance teams.

What Weare Looking For

We are looking for someone who combinesstrong communicationand influencing skills with sound finance knowledge and a genuine desire to continue learning and developing.

You will bring:

• Fluency in both Thai and English.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with local management, the localBoardand regional stakeholders.

• Experience in accounting,audit, financial reporting, tax, financeoperationsora relatedfinance discipline.

• Broad understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting,taxationand business processes.

• Curiosity and an interest in understanding how finance functionsoperateacross AP, AR, project accounting, payroll,taxand statutory reporting.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• The ability to influence outcomes and drive positive change.

• A collaborative approach and enjoyment of working across teams,countriesand cultures.

• Interestin modern finance systems, governance,automationand continuous improvement.

• Experience working in a multinational, consulting,engineeringor professional services environment would be highly regarded.

• Oracle Fusion or large ERP experience would beadvantageous.
