  • Align integrated localization plans, schedules, action trackers, risk registers, decision logs, readiness criteria, and leadership updates between the AAOC and Beverly.
  • Help Coordinate local sourcing and supplier-readiness activities with Cost out, Gross Margin, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, and regional suppliers, including first-article, qualification, capacity, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Help prioritize localization opportunities based on operational need, customer support, supply-chain resilience, cost, quality, and implementation feasibility.
  • Support China OEM programs by coordinating supplier qualification, technical and commercial readiness, audit actions, test planning, part approval, and integration into AAOC operations.
  • Coordinate with China, Korea, and global stakeholders to ensure China OEM activities have clear requirements, accountable owners, schedules, documentation, and escalation paths.
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality to obtain the technical reviews, drawings, specifications, test requirements, design clarifications, and approvals needed for China OEM and AAOC localization activities.
  • Identify, map, and improve Korea Operations processes across planning, purchasing, material flow, work orders, inventory, receiving, quality, logistics, repairs, master data, and reporting.
  • Facilitate current-state and future-state process mapping, root-cause analysis, RACI development, control-point definition, UAT, training, standard work, and handoff to Korea functional owners.
  • Use ERP, PLM, Power BI, and other available data to identify bottlenecks, monitor program performance, improve data integrity, and reduce manual work.
  • Coordinate with Finance, IT, Trade Compliance, Quality, and Legal when process changes affect financial controls, system configuration, customs, product movement, or auditability.
  • Support AAOC manufacturing and operational growth by identifying resource, equipment, tooling, training, floor-space, and process-readiness gaps and coordinating closure plans.
  • Provide NPI-to-Engineering support when needed for Korea execution, including technical issue escalation, change coordination, build or test readiness, and transition of released requirements into Operations.
  • Ownership for the NPI Value Stream Manager’s responsibilities, including overall product-development schedules, Alpha/Beta build leadership, design-review ownership, or end-to-end NPI governance.
  • Present concise status, milestones, risks, decisions, resource needs, and recommendations to Operations and business leadership.
  • NSE program support

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
