Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of family governance, legacy planning, next-generation development, trust administration, and wealth stewardship initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to family members to ensure alignment on long-term objectives, continuity of family values, and effective management of family enterprises and assets.
· Lead the development and implementation of family governance frameworks, policies, and family constitutions to support long-term family continuity.
· Drive family legacy planning initiatives, including the preservation of family history, values, and key documentation.
· Design and oversee next-generation development programs, succession planning, and family education initiatives.
· Advise on family enterprise capital allocation, investment stewardship, and strategic wealth preservation matters.
· Oversee trust administration and serve as the primary liaison with trustees, legal counsel, tax advisors, and other external professionals.
· Provide strategic guidance and prepare high-level reports, decision papers, and meeting materials for family governance and family office activities.
· Facilitate family meetings and foster alignment among family members on governance, legacy, and long-term strategic objectives.
