About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue while developing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be passionate about hospitality, commercial performance and creating a positive team culture.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading all day-to-day venue operations
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your team
- Driving exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Maintaining compliance with RSA, food safety and WHS requirements
- Working closely with the Venue Manager, kitchen and FOH team to continually improve venue performance
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous leadership experience within hospitality
- Is a hands-on leader who enjoys leading from the floor
- Has experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations
- Can build engaged, high-performing teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example
- Holds a current RSA & RSG (or can obtain one before commencing)
