Assertive Professionals is seeking a Senior Customer Requirements Analyst supporting our DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA.
This is an open position.
This position provides 80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.
- Additional PTO may be given for excused government absences.
Responsibilities Include:
The Senior Customer Requirements Analyst will support DCSA Enterprise Operations/Customer Support by providing requirements analysis, technical expertise, tracking, and recommendations. The position will serve as a liaison for customer requirements, business process reengineering, IT capability requests, system requirements specifications and analysis, and initial planning activities for IT investments. Responsibilities include providing first-tier customer support, tracking customer engagements, conducting gap analysis, analyzing business processes and solution alternatives, collecting and reporting customer feedback, participating in IT working groups and technical forums, supporting user journey and engagement analysis, coordinating application and infrastructure efforts, supporting User Acceptance Testing, communications, training and rollout activities, supporting governance activities, and monitoring user-experience and service-delivery metrics.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Active Secret Clearance
- 10 years of relevant experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in customer-facing support, requirements analysis, or operational analysis
- Demonstrated technical writing skills and experience supporting business or IT process improvement
- Must possess competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies
- Working knowledge of applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Access and work from the designated customer facility for the required work schedule.
- Perform the essential duties of the position using government/customer-furnished computers, systems, equipment, and approved peripherals.
- Access, review, enter, and communicate information through required customer systems and applications.
- Comply with all customer security, technology, facility-access, and equipment-use requirements.
