Responsibilities
- Receives incoming calls from customers and enter customer data into the computer.
- Gathers information from customers for dispatching purposes.
- Inbound & outbound call taking, filing, and scanning.
- Correctly update all lead management reports daily.
- Enter information on all platforms.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
What You Need:
1+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred
Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)
Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
Must pass background check and drug screening
