Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Perform all stages of HVAC installation in new construction, including layout, ductwork, piping, wiring, finish, and system start-up
Cut, assemble, and install ductwork, drain lines, and exhaust systems
Set and install HVAC units, air handlers, thermostats, and control systems
Start up and test HVAC systems to verify proper function, pressures, and air flow
Ensure all installations meet safety codes, local regulations, and company quality standards
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum 2–4 years of HVAC installation or new construction experience
Completion of HVAC trade training or equivalent experience
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Strong familiarity with local codes and industry standards
