Main Responsibilities：
- New supplier development for the assigned purchase category (Incl. B grade raw material, B grade packaging, tolling, etc).
- Supplier management, evaluation and assessment.
- PO create and related work handling.
- Quality improvement together with the team and the suppliers. Solve the quality complaint in a prompt and efficient way.
- Continuously purchase cost reduction.
- Support brother company or other buyers when necessary.
- Understand the relevant group policy and deploy into daily works.
- Other works that the management or the company may assign to this position.
Qualification：
- Bachelor degree, majored in: Science and Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, etc..
- Over 1 year working experience in purchasing, customs service, planning, logistics, or quality assurance, etc.
