Retail and Marcom Engineering, an IS&T team, builds and operates the systems and experiences that connect Apple's products with its customers. The team owns the technology behind both Apple's online and physical stores and drives the interactive marketing experiences and tools that keep creative operations moving. Together, those functions deliver the technology behind every product story Apple tells and every purchase a customer makes.

The Marcom Engineering PMO supports the teams that build and operate Apple's marketing technology platforms - from content management and publishing infrastructure to AI-powered tools and interactive experiences. We work at the intersection of engineering and marketing, delivering the systems behind apple.com and related properties. Our AI initiatives are growing, and this role will be part of how we bring intelligent tooling into our platforms.

Description

We're looking for an Engineering Project Manager to help drive delivery of AI-powered tools and interactive experiences across Apple's marketing platforms. Minimum qualifications

3+ years of engineering project management (or equivalent technical project management) experience in a software development environment

Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple engineering teams

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications

Strong organizational skills - you bring structure to ambiguity and keep work streams moving with minimal direction

Technical curiosity - you're comfortable reading architecture diagrams, following dependency chains, and engaging in technical discussions

Clear, concise written and verbal communication

Exposure to AI/ML tool development lifecycles - experimentation, prototyping, or production deployment

Familiarity with web/interactive, content platforms, or marketing technology

Experience with CMS platforms, publishing pipelines, or front-end delivery systems

Interest in or exposure to data pipelines, model integration, or AI-powered product features

Experience with Agile/Scrum tooling (Jira, Radar, or equivalent)

Comfort working in fast-moving environments where requirements evolve and teams are building net-new capabilities
