As the Payroll Manager, we are seeking a candidate responsible for leading end-to-end payroll operations, labor compliance, and workforce immigration across multi-company entities. What You Will Do

  • Post-Payroll & Finance Reporting: Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly post-payroll reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and providing necessary workforce cost data to the Finance and Accounting teams.
  • Workforce & Shift Management: Manage and optimize diverse time-attendance systems, complex shift structures, OT calculations, and warehouse allowance policies in strict compliance with Thai Labor Law.
  • Audit & Data Integrity: Establish and audit reporting frameworks to proactively identify, resolve, and prevent discrepancies for regional and corporate stakeholders.
  • Vendor & Agency Oversight: Govern and audit external agencies regarding legal/immigration documents before executive sign-off—acting as a technical expert to challenge agency performance and enforce SLA compliance for Non-B/Non-O visas and 90-day reporting.
  • Foreign Workforce Compliance: Ensure total compliance for the foreign workforce across BOI (Single Window), Department of Employment, and Immigration Bureau regulations.
  • Process Excellence & Automation: Evaluate and redesign HR workflows, leading automation and technology initiatives to eliminate manual redundancies and streamline HR operations.
  • Team & Operations Management: Guide, mentor, and review the output of junior team members to maximize team productivity and remove operational bottlenecks.
  • Strategic Advisory: Advise the Head of Corporate on headcount optimization, organizational structure, and cost-effective HR operating models.
  • Statutory & Annual Compliance: Direct and ensure annual compliance for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities Act (Sections 33, 34, 35), Workmen’s Compensation Fund (Kor.Tor.20), annual tax summaries (P.N.D.1 Kor), and 50 Twi distribution.
